I wish that i could give this zero stars! This company has no professionalism at all. We booked an appointment, waited 2.5 hours and no one showed. I called the company and asked what happened, as i received a conformation call earlier in the day. They said no one is coming because you couldn't change your appointment to earlier....WHAT!. We asked why we were left for over 2 hours with no call and why they had called us earlier and confirmed our time. He said no problem we will reschedule the appointment and give you a discount. When the crew showed up no discount was given. We paid over 300.00 for such poor service. If i were you i would use ANYONE else.

I called and made an appointment for them to arrive at noon. They never showed up nor did they call me. I tried calling them several times but there was no answer. It’s now the next day and I still haven’t heard from them. A complete waste of my day waiting for them.
They are really responsive and are very attentive to customers request, very professional service.
